Use the build for your platform and verify the approved Multiro publisher before installation. If verification fails, stop and keep your current build.
File verification
Free, Trial, Beta and Paid use the same app. Qualification and features are checked separately.
Download requests are recorded. When you are signed in, they are linked to your account for download support; otherwise they are anonymous. A download does not start a trial or activate a license.
Get the iPad companion
Install the approved iPad app on your iPad. It is a Client: the Windows PC or Mac allows the connection and starts Screen Share.
The team has not published an approved iPad distribution link here yet. Beta testers should use the channel supplied by their invitation team. Do not install an unverified package.
Pair before sharing
Connect both devices to the same local network. Open MultiroSpan, select the other device and request a connection. The receiving computer must Allow. Compare the matching challenge on both devices and confirm on both before sharing a screen.
